Based on practical study and training experience of physical education teacher training program at all levels,taking the physical education teacher training culture as the perspective point,this paper analyzes the importance of physical education teachers training on the basis of cultural construction,tries to build a distinctive culture of the sports teacher training from the training concept update.innovation training model,humanities training management,training products development,publicity-pronged approach.Combining with the new situation,task and requirement of physical education teacher training,it proposes the promotion of sports culture and the construction of thoughts from the professional perspective of sustainable development：It is essential to reflect the core values of physical education teachers training program,and optimize the overall function of the training institutions,and reform and innovate the training of physical education teachers.It will comprehensively improve the quality of training,and build training brand for building and strengthening the physical education teacher training culture.
