摘要
本文报道了羧甲基-β-环糊精的一种简便合成方法,并研究了羧甲基-β-环糊精对卤代芳烃类化合物的增溶作用.羧甲基-β-环糊精能与水以任意比例互溶,其水溶液对卤代芳烃有明显的增溶作用.
A simple synthetic method for the synthesis of a cyclodextrin derivative carboxymethyl-β-cy-clodextrin is reported in this paper. Trie application of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin on the solubi-lization of halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons is investigated. Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin can be dissolved in water in unlimited amount. Its water solution can enhance the water solubilities of halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons significantly. The solubilization power of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodex-tnn are depended on the lipophilisity of the halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon and the fitness of the molecular size to the cavity of the cyclodextrin.
