摘要
传统上我们一直将100 m跑全程速度结构划分为起跑阶段、起跑后的加速跑阶段、途中跑阶段和终点跑阶段,并以这种理论指导训练实践;然而,相关研究和实践表明,这种划分方式的合理性越来越遭到质疑。通过归纳、分析相关资料,可以发现:将100 m跑全程速度结构划分为起跑阶段、起跑加速段、途中继续加速段、最大速度点、减速阶段可以更好地对100 m跑全程速度特征进行清晰的分析,而且,这种划分是符合100 m跑运动学特征的,同时有利于对100 m跑全程速度变化特征的进一步分析和研究。
Traditionally,the speed structure of 100 m running is divided as starting,accelerative running,running in midway and sprint.This is the theory to instruct the practice of coach.However,relevant research and practice show that this classification approach is increasingly being called into question legitimate.By induction and analysis of relevant information,it can be found that the velocity structure throughout the 100 m running is divided into four components,starting phase,phase of initial acceleration,phase of secondary acceleration,point of maximal velocity,deceleration stage.This can make a clear analysis on 100 m running full speed characteristics.Moreover,this division is in line with 100 m running kinematic characteristics,and also conducive to make further analysis and research on running full speed variation of 100 m running.
