By the method of empirical analysis,10 public libraries in China and the United States of America respectively are randomly selected.By logging in＂My library＂or other equivalent digitized and personalized services systems of these samples and all function modules within operation authority tried on,attention is paid on the status,contents and features of digitized and personalized services provided in public libraries in both China and the United States,so as to provide practical reference for digitized and personalized services of public libraries in China.
