免疫佐剂在寄生虫核酸疫苗中的应用研究

核酸疫苗是近年发展起来的一种新型疫苗，它能诱导机体产生持久的体液免疫和细胞免疫应答，能够抗病毒、细菌和寄生虫的感染，对自身免疫性疾病和过敏性疾病也有一定的疗效。但与传统的灭活疫苗相比，其免疫效价还比较低。目前研究表明，一些免疫佐剂如细胞因子、CpGODN等有助于提高核酸疫苗的免疫效价，这为更有效、安全的核酸疫苗的研制开发开辟了新的思路。本文就应用免疫佐剂提高寄生虫核酸疫苗免疫效价的最新研究进展做一综述。

DNA vaccine, a novel vaccine developing from the field of gene therapy, can elicit persistent humoral and cell mediated immune responses. But the immune response is relatively low comparing with traditional inactivated vaccine. Recent studies have found that certain combinations of DNA vaccine, such as eytokines can enhance immune response, This new strategy may help to develop more effective DNA vaccine. This review summarizes the most recent findings of DNA adjuvant in parasite.
