虻科昆虫与宿主防御系统间相互关系的分子基础

摘要 牛虻是一种吸血的昆虫,在长期进化过程中,与宿主形成了稳定的寄生关系。本文主要从吸血性牛虻的角度来阐述其如何调整与宿主的关系来适应寄生生活,介绍牛虻中各种已经被鉴定的药理活性分子的生理功能及其与宿主防御的关系,包括止血和免疫反应相关的活性,同时对这些分子潜在的医学价值进行展望。 Horsefly is a typical blood-sucking insect, the relationship between horsefly and host is important to understand the successful parasitism and control the parasitism. In this paper, the bio-active molecules of horsefly was reviewed to illustrate the mechanism of horsefly's parasitic life, including impacts on blood coagulation system and immune system of host. And the components from horsefly significantly valuable and promising to be exploited and utilized as a natural medicine were also discussed in this paper.
