采取导师负责制与指导小组联合的培养方式,同时将研究生培养与学科建设结合,并依靠多学科、交叉学科专业间有效协作,促进学科全面发展的老年医学研究生培养模式。
To set up an education model of geriatric medical specialties graduate student by taking an instructional model of combining education between tutor responsible system and guidance team,and combining graduate student education and subject disciplines construction,depending on effective cooperation between poly-disciplines and cross discipline subjects in order to promote discipline overall development.
