北京大学医学部1998-2008年毕业研究生对母校的满意度评价

Postgraduates'satisfaction to Alma Mater's education of Peking University Health Science Center from 1998 to 2008

目的了解北京大学医学部1998-2008年毕业研究生对母校各方面的评价。方法从北京大学医学部1998-2008年毕业并选择在国内就业的研究生中,抽取20%~30%进行问卷调查。结果毕业研究生对北京大学医学部的研究生教育基本满意。北京大学医学部的思想品德教育、职业道德教育、教学管理和教书育人比较令人满意,校园文化生活、社会实践活动、行政管理和后勤服务有待提高。在课程设置上应该重点加强方法学课程、外语课程、专业课程和写作能力课程的建设。结论毕业生对母校研究生教育的总体满意度比较高,提示北京大学医学部的研究生教育基本能够适应社会发展的需要。

Objective Toevaluate the postgraduates＇satisfaction toAlma Mater＇s education of Peking University Health Science Center from 1998 to 2008.Methods Twenty to thirty percent of postgraduates who graduated from PUHSC and obtained domestic employment were selected and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Correspondence analysis was applied to intuitively show the relation of some variables.Results Postgraduates were satisfied with the education of PUHSC.The moral education,vocational ethics and teaching management of PUHSC was excellent.The campus life,society practice activities,administrative management and logistics service of PUHSC need to be improved.Methodology courses,foreign language courses,professional courses and writing courses should be reinforced during the education.Conclusion The postgraduates were satisfied with Alma Mater＇s education.It was pointed that postgraduate education of PUHSC was adapted to social needs.
