摘要
丙烯醛在酸性介质中可与硫酸联氨发生反应,其产物可在导数示波极谱仪上观察到一波形好、灵敏度高的吸附还原波,峰电位为-0.67v(vs.SCE)。其二阶导数峰高与浓度在1.0×10^(-4)~1.0×10^(-7)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为5.0×10^(-8)mol/L。该方法用于测有机合成厂废水中的丙烯醛含量取得满意结果。
Acrolein can react with hydrazine sulfate in the acid medium. Reaction products can reduce at the mercury electrode with a sensitive adsorptive wave [Ep = -0.67v(vs.SCE)]. The concentration of acrolein is linear with peak current in the range of 1.0 × 10-4-1.0×10-7mol/L. The detection limit is 5.0 × 10-8mol/L. This method can be used to determine the concentration of acrolein in wastewater. The behaviour of polarographic wave has been studied and the mechanism of electrode reaction was explored.
