Viewing from the leading trend of economic development in China,three major zones are dynamically indetified in the country,i.e.,the Zhujiang trade and commercial zone,the Yangtze River industrial zone and Yellow River economic zone.The construction of the Yellow River economic zone serves as the only way leading to the north westward migration of China's national economic construction in the 21st century.Whereas the study on sustainable development strategy and breakthroughs of key techniques of the Yellow River economic zone provides an inexorable choice for the sound fulfilment of the construction of the Yellow River economic zone.
