Communication through Various Channels and Promoting Continuous Improvement of Management Levels of Pharmacy Department

目的:总结药学部多种沟通方法所取得的成绩,为科室决策提供依据。方法:分析科室与临床以及管理者与内部员工的各种沟通形式。结果:通过多渠道全方位的沟通,可以全面了解工作中存在的问题、改进的办法以及员工和服务对象的期望。结论:有效的沟通,应该成为管理者管理水平提高的必要手段。

Objective： To summarize the achievements of pharmacy department through various communication methods in order to provide evidences for department decision-making. Methods： Analyzing various communication forms between pharmacy department and clinical departments, between managers and internal employees. Results： Through various channels and multidirectional communication, the problems existing in work, improvement methods, staff and service objects＇ expectations can be comprehensively understood. Conclusions： Effective communication should be managers＇ necessary means of improving the management level.
