我国五个人群血浆维生素A,E,C与血压关系的分析 被引量:1

摘要 随机选取居我国南域贵州威宁山区汉、彝族农民,北方石家庄城、乡及舟山渔民五个人群、共416人(正常血压者337人,高血压者79人),作血浆维生素 A,E,C 与血压的相关分析。各人群饮食、血压水平迥异.受检者全部男性,年龄40~59岁.通过人群间、人群内分析和比较正常血压、高血压者间的差别,发现血浆维生素 A,E 与血压正相关;而维生素 C 则呈负相关,机理待探索. Five population groups,including“Han”and“Yi”nationality farmers living in Veining (a cold hilly southern county in Guizhou province),farmers and labourers in Shijiazhuang rural and urban districts (northern) and coastal fishermen in Zhoushan,were selected randomly (417 male subjects aged 40-59 years,including 337 normotensives and 79 hypertensives) to explore vitamine A,E,C and blood pressure (BP)relationships.The diets and BP levels were quite divergent.Inter- population and intra-population analysis as well as comparison between hyperten- sive and normotensive groups indicated that plasna vitamines A and E were associa- ted positively,while vitamine C was associated inversely with blood pressure. The mechanisms involved remain to be explored.
