经外周动脉压心排量监测在AMI患者中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)是严重危害人类健康的疾病,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)已经成为AMI的主要治疗策略,而心功能的改善是PCI治疗成功的主要评价指标之一。经外周动脉压心排量(APCO)监测是一种新的微创监测技术,具有简单、安全、快捷等优点,可以应用该技术连续监测AMI患者PCI术前、后心功能变化,来评价不同PCI策略对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响,从而指导临床治疗。本文就经外周动脉压心排量监测技术在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用情况作一综述。
