胎膜早破的临床原因分析

Clinical Reasons of Fetal Membrane Premature Rupture

目的探讨胎膜早破的临床原因。方法从我院住院分娩产妇中,选取胎膜早破者50例(观察组)、非胎膜早破者50例(对照组)作对比分析。结果两组生殖道感染率、羊水过多、妊高征率、未作定期产前检查率、胎位不正率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而年龄、孕周、产次比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胎膜早破与年龄、孕周、产次无密切关系,而与生殖道感染、羊水过多率、妊高征率、未作定期产前检查率、胎位不正率等有密切关系,生殖道感染是发病的最重要因素。

Objective To study the reasons of premature rupture of fetal membrane （PRFM）. Methods We selected 50 cases of PRFM in our hospital as observation group and 50 cases of non-PRFM as control group. Results There were significant differences in reproductive tract infection, polyhydramnios, pregnancy-induced hypertension rate, irregular antenatal examination and abnormal fetal position rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）, and no significant differences in age, gestational age and parity between the two （P〉0.05）. Conclusion PRFM has no close relation to age, gestational age and parity but is closely correlated with reproductive tract infection, polyhydramnios, pregnancy-induced hypertension rate, irregular antenatal examination and abnormal fetal position rate,especially repro- ductive tract infection.
