亚急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成的手术治疗分析

Surgery for Subacute Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的比较手术与非手术治疗亚急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法将53例亚急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成患者分为非手术组25例,手术治疗组28例。手术组在置放下腔静脉滤器后行患肢取栓、球囊扩张治疗。两组患者均予抗凝、溶栓等治疗,以彩色多普勒超声检查患肢肿胀和胀痛缓解情况并评价疗效。结果手术组治疗总有效率89.3%,明显高于非手术治疗的72.0%,且住院时间短于后者,远期并发症少。结论亚急性期下肢深静脉血栓形成行手术为主的综合治疗,临床疗效好。

Objective To compare the effects of the surgery and non-surgery for subacute deep venous thrombosis. Methods Fifty-three cases of subacute deep vein thrombosis were divided into non-surgery group （25 patients） and surgery group （28 cases）. Limb thrombectomy and balloon dilatation were carried out following the placement of inferior vena cava filter in the surgery group. Both groups were given anticoagulation and thrombolysis. Ereatment effect was evaluated by color doppler ultrasonography, limb swelling and pain remission. Results The total effective rate of the surgery group was 89.3%, higher than that of non-surgery group （72.0%）. The surgery group had fewer long-term complications and shorter hospital stay. Conclusion Surgery may be proper to subacute deep venous thrombosis because of its better clinical efficacy.
