摘要
目的分析中西医结合治疗青春期功血的疗效。方法入选100例病例均由妇科明确诊断青春期功血后,随机分为两组进行对比分析,治疗组采用中西药联合治疗,对照组采用雌激素、孕激素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率86.67%,未见不良反应。两种方法比较差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗比单纯西医治疗青春期功血有明显优势。
Objective Analysis of integrated Chinese-Western medicine clinical treatment of juvenile uterine bleeding（JUB）. Methods Selected 100 diagnosed cases JUB were randomly divided into two groups and compared, treatment group with combined treatment in Chinese herbals medicine and western medicine, the control group, estrogen and progesterone treatment. Results Efficiency of the treatment group was 96.0%, the efficiency of the control group was 82.0%, No adverse reactions. Comparison of two methods were sig- nificantly different,statistically significant. Conclusion Integrated treatment of JUB than western medicine has obvious advantages.
