冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者C-反应蛋白临床意义 被引量:9

The Clinical Significance of C-reactive Protein in Coronary Heart Disease in Patients with Unstable Angina

摘要 目的探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肌钙蛋白(Tn-T)、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)升高程度及升高程度与冠状动脉狭窄程度、病变支数的关系。方法测定115例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血清CRP、Tn-T、CK-MB,冠状动脉造影了解冠状动脉狭窄程度及病变支数,并与110例非冠心病患者作对比研究。结果 冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者C-反应蛋白越高,冠状动脉狭窄程度越重、病变支数越多,非冠心病患者未见升高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Tn-T、CK-MB比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 C-反应蛋白是不稳定型心绞痛的独立危险因子,并与病变程度呈正相关。 Objective To investigate the higher degree of the C-reactive protein (CRP), troponin (Tn-T) and creatine kinase(CK-MB) of serum; and the relationship between these three and the degree of coronary artery stenosis ,and the number of pathological changed coronary branch in patients with coronary heart disease and unstable angina. Methods Determined the CRP, Tn-T and CK-MB of serum in 115 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and unstable angina, at the same time understood the degree of coronary heart stenosis and the number of pathological changed coronary branch by coronary angiography, and 110 cases of patients with non- unstable angina were considered as control group. Results In patients with coronary artery disease and unstable angina the more expression of CRP, the more serious and severity of the coronary artery stenosis became, and the number of pathological changed coronary branches also increased too, but these two did not increase in patients with non-coronary artery disease, the result that the two groups were compared with each other was P〈0.01,which was significant in statistics; and then two groups were evaluated with Tn-T and CK-MB,as a result ,they were all P〉0.05,which were not significant in statistics. Conclusion CRP might be an independent risk factor for patients with coronary heart disease and unstable angina, and it had a positive correlation with the degree of pathological change.
