摘要
目的探讨天麻素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床效果。方法将2009年3月～2010年1月间在我院治疗的VBI患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组给予天麻素注射液治疗,评定两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者VA、BA均优于治疗前,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者VA、BA均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者总有效率为96.67%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论天麻素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床效果肯定,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin injection on vertebrobasilar ischemia. Methods Sixty cases of vertebrobasilar ischemia in our hospital from March in 2009 to Jan in 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received complex danshen injection, and the observation group received gastrodin injection, and the effects of both was evaluated. Results The VA and BA in the two group after treatment were superior to those before treatment,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The VA and BA in the observation group after treatment were superior to those in control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observe group and 73.33% in the control group,with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the adverse drug reaction between the two groups. Conclusion The effect of gastrodin injection on vertebrobasilar ischemia is obvious,worthy to being used.
