摘要
采用三角烧瓶药膜接触法测定了我省舟山市沈家门镇黑胸大蠊对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的耐药性,测定结果表明,该地黑胸大蠊对2种杀虫剂抗性产生程度较轻。和本饲养室的黑胸大蠊相比较,该地黑胸大蠊对上述2种杀虫剂抗性只提高了1.38和1.33倍。
The resistance of Periplaneta emarginata from Shenjiamen Town in Zhoushan Zhejiang to p - decamethrin and cypermethrin were studied with the method of thin layer contact in flask and low resistance was observed. Compared with P. emarginata raised in our laboratory, the resistance of the tested cockroach increased olny for 1. 38 times and 1. 33 times.
