狭序唐松草化学成分研究

Studies on Chemical Constitutents of Thalictrum atriplex Finet et Gagnep.

目的：对狭序唐松草化学成分进行研究。方法：用色谱法和光谱技术分离鉴定其化学成分。结果：从狭序唐松草地上部分出离出６个成分，分别是原儿茶酸，咖啡酸，香豆酸，山奈酚，β谷甾醇和Ｎｍｅｔｈｙｌｃｏｒｙｄａｌｄｉｎｅ。结论：６个成分均为首次从该植物中获得。

Objective:To study the chemical constitutents in the aerial part of Thalictrum atriplex.Method:Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constitutents.Result:Six compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Thalictrum atriplex,and elucidated as protocatechuic acid,caffeic acid,p coumaric acid,kaempferol,β sitosterol and N methylcorydaldine.Conclusion:They are all isolated from the plant for the first time.
