摘要
对石化领域中池火灾情况下可燃液体储罐孔洞泄漏的实际泄漏量进行了研究,分析了立式固定顶罐、球罐及卧罐3种储罐内液体的实际孔洞泄漏过程。针对罐内可燃液体孔洞泄漏量的确定方法进行了研究,获得求解模型。利用Visual Basic语言开发了适用于石油化工领域池火灾情况下可燃液体储罐孔洞泄漏量确定的计算软件,该软件可使储罐液体孔洞泄漏量的计算更加简便、精确,并由此可较准确地确定池火灾的伤害范围,为石化厂区的装置平面布局及事故应急救援预案的制定提供指导依据。
This paper conducts studies on the leakage quantity of flammable liquids tank in the case of pool fire in the field of petrochemicals and analyzes the actual processes of hole leakage of flammable liquid in three categories of tanks,including vertical fixed-roof tank,spherical tank and horizontal cylindrical tank.The methods and the equations that can be used to compute the hole leakage quantity are put forward.The software making the determination of actual hole leakage of flammable liquid tank simple and precise is developed by VB language,and as a result,more accurate damage scope of pool fire resulting from leakage can be determined,providing a basis for device layout andemergency rescue plan.
