摘要
对柴油机进行实时不解体故障诊断和状态检测,可以有效提高柴油机的使用安全性。通过对柴油机缸盖振动信号进行预处理,提取相应配气机构故障的特征向量值,作为神经网络输入向量,探讨了对配气机构进行故障诊断的方法。
Through behavior of the non-disassemble examining and fault diagnosing, the safety of the deisel engine can be effectively improved.By the pre-treatment for diesel engine surface vibration,the feature vector-value of the corresponding inlet and exhaust system faults is extracted,as the neural network input vector,and this method of fault diagnosis is discussed.
