On Rail Transit Operating Cost Control

降低运营成本是轨道交通运营企业的重要任务,而轨道交通运营效率的降低造成了轨道交通成本的持续增长。以上海轨道交通网络为背景,通过轨道交通运营企业的财务数据对企业盈利情况进行分析,结合客运量和运营公里数,对企业的运营成本、运营效率作进一步探讨。在此基础上,结合企业实际运营情况,从人员管理、运营安排、定额管理和设备选型等方面提出控制轨道交通运营成本的建议。

A fundamental task for a rail transit company is to reduce the operation cost,which results in low running efficiency and in turn stimulates unsustainable growth.Combined with the actual operational situation of some rail transit companies,this paper discusses the personnel management,operational arrangement,quota management and selection of equipment types,proposes some considerations to control the rail operating cost.
