摘要 随着虚拟仪器技术的不断发展,其在电磁兼容(EMC)测试领域也逐渐得到应用。本设计为满足工程实际测试需求,利用虚拟仪器的软硬件平台进行设计开发。在实现频谱分析仪的基本功能的同时,结合实际情况进行扩展设计,满足了对多通道进行循环测试或单通道测试的要求。设计结果经过长期的测试工作验证,证实了其可靠性和准确性。本研究对于虚拟仪器的开发设计有一定的参考作用。 With the rapid development of virtual instrument,it is used more and more in EMC test.This design,which is based on hardware and software of virtual instrument,is carried out to satisfy the engineering test,and the basal function of a spectrum analyzer is achieved,meanwhile,some expanding design is done to test multi-channel or single channel.After long period test,this work is proved to be reliable and exact.This work is valuable to virtual instrument design.
