摘要 对于管道水击,理想的水击控制多喷孔套筒式调流阀特性是使流量随开度y线性变化,这时关闭调流阀引起的水击压力升高最小。本文推导得到理想调流阀无量纲阀门流量系数下与开度y和管路特性之间的解析计算公式,计算研究了理想调流阀水击控制的效果,提出了具体的实施方法。 So far as the water hammer in pipeline is concerned, the characteristic of an ideal multi-jet sleeve regulating valve for water hammer control is to make the flow to be linearly changed with the valve opening, as the pressure rise from the water hammer caused by the closure of the regulating valve is minimum at that time. An analytic formula in between the non-dimension- al flow coefficient, the valve openingand the pipeline hydraulic parameters for an ideal regulating valve is obtained herein from the derivation concerned. Furthermore, the effect of the water hammer control for an ideal regulating valve is calculated and studied, and then the specific method to design such a valve is given as well.
