淫羊藿黄酮治疗骨质疏松的动物实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了淫羊藿黄酮(EF)对去卵巢小鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、子宫内膜及骨密度(BMD)的影响.选取36只4月龄的C57雌性小鼠分3组:对照组(假手术组)、模型组(切除双侧卵巢后给予安慰剂)、观察组(切除双侧卵巢后给予EF).于术后4周抽血测雌激素含量,处死后经定量CT测第一腰椎BMD,并切除子宫制备病理切片测量子宫内膜厚度.指标显示:观察组BMD较对照组轻度下降,而模型组BMD较对照组显著下降;模型组及观察组血清E2浓度均较对照组显著下降;子宫内膜厚度两组均较对照组低,但两组间无明显差异.EF可对小鼠卵巢切除后引起的骨质疏松起到有效的预防和治疗作用,但不改变血清E2浓度,不作用于子宫内膜. The influence of Epimedium-derived phytoestrogen flavonoids(EF) on serum E2 level,endometrial thickness and bone mineral density(BMD) of ovariectomy mice is studied. 36(4 month-old) female C57 mice are selected and divided into three groups randomly. After 4 weeks, their serum E2 level, BMD of first lumbar vertebrae are measured by quantified CT after execution, and endometrial thickness is measured by making pathological section after hysterectomia. Index shows that:control group artif operation, model group ovariectomy + placebo,observation group ovariectomy + EF. Compared with control group, the BMD of the observation group declines slightly, while the model group obviously. The serum E2 level of both the model group and the observation group reduces noticeably, so the endometrial thicknesses of the two groups are lower compared with the control group. However, there is no invisible difference between these two groups. EF has preventive and therapeutic action to the osteoporosis of mice, which happen following the hypoestrogenemia alter ovariectomy, without influence on serum.E2 level and endometrium.
