十六烷基溴化铵有机改性天然钠基膨润土的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本论文以吉林省刘房子天然钠基膨润土为原料,十六烷基溴化铵为改性剂对钠基膨润土进行有机改性。以灼失率为指标,获得了制备有机膨润土的最佳条件,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为1h,pH值为9,改性剂用量为阳离子交换容量CEC的150%,并通过X-射线衍射、红外光谱分析手段对有机膨润土的结构进行了表征。 This paper is based on the use of Na-base bentonite as raw material, cetyl ammonium bromide as modifiers of Na-base bentonite for organic modification. By Cheuk-loss rate as an index, the best conditions for preparation of organic bentonite were as follows:the reaction temperature was 70℃,the reaction time was lh,pH was 9,modifier dosage was 150% CEC. Through XRD and FTIR, the structure of organic bentonite is charaterized.
