摘要
本文采用本体聚合法,以沙拉沙星为模板分子合成了沙拉沙星分子印迹聚合物,并用高效液相色谱法研究了印迹聚合物的识别性能及作为色谱固定相的分离及影响因素,该固定相对模板分子有较好的的特异性识别能力。
The MIP was synthesized with sarafloxacin as template Using bulk polymerization, and high performance liquid chromatography was employed to study the recognition property,separation and influencing factors as the stationary phase chromatographic of the resulting MIP. The stationary phase recognition of template elements with a specific identification capability to meet the expected separation effect.
