摘要
在三电平变频器主电路的电磁兼容性(EMI)设计方面,考虑到采用IGBT器件的交直交类型的功率变换器,对直流回路电感的苛刻要求,设计了无感平板母线,对无感平板母线的载流能力和平板电容进行了计算,并进行了有限元分析。设计的平板母线寄生电感极小,完全满足提升机运行工况,具有很高的应用推广价值。
In the EMI (electromagnetic interference)design,the planar inductionless bus have been design because the IGBT used in AC-DC-AC power convert is sensitive for the induction in DC loop. And the calculation and Finite Element Analysis of the current-carrying capability and the electric capacity of the planar inductionless bus have been given. This system could satisfy the requirements of drive equipments in industrial field, and it has pretty high value in application and extension.
