新型复式传动虚拟样机的运动仿真

摘要 提出了一种新型传动装置,该传动装置是由1个2K-H型少齿差行星传动和1个二齿差滚动活齿传动串联而成的一种新型复式传动系统。介绍了该传动系统的结构、传动原理。在对该新型复式传动进行虚拟样机三维建模及装配的基础上,应用Pro/E软件的运动仿真功能,实现了该新型复式传动虚拟样机的运动仿真及动态分析。 A novel compound transmission system was proposed, which is 2K-H few teeth difference planetary transmission system series connection two teeth rolling movable teeth transmission system. The mechanical structure,transmission principles of the system were investigated. Based on the 3D modeling and virtual assembling for the virtual prototype of the new type of compound transmission system, the movement simulation and dynamic analysis of the new type of compound transmission system are carried out by using Pro/E software.
