摘要
液压支架立柱在遇到冲击时可造成胀缸。通过理论计算,确定了易发生胀缸的缸体为中缸体,并对中缸体进行了瞬态动力学分析,研究缸体内部流体的压强大小和变化状况,从而获得了缸体容易胀缸的部位,为预防缸体胀缸问题的发生提供了理论依据和合理建议。
The column of the hydraulic support could expand if the hydraulic support was impacted. Based on the theoretical calculation, the cylinders of the column expansion appeared in the middle cylinder. The magnitude and change of the fluid pressure in the middle cylinder were researched by mean of transient dynamics analysis method, and the part of the middle cylinder expansion was found out. The results provided some theoretical references and some reasonable suggestions were put forward for preventing the column from expansion.
