摘要
利用有限元法对某厂生产的矿用自卸车副车架强度进行了分析计算,得出了副车架在各种工况下所受的各个关键力的数值以及该自卸车副车架易发生应力集中的部位,为该车的进一步改进提供了依据。在车辆设计方面,有限元分析法可以在车身结构优化设计、发动机零部件优化设计等方面发挥很大的作用。
The static analysis for the secondary frame of dump truck made by a company is carried out with finite element method, obtained the value of all the key force suffered by the sub-frame under various working conditions and the place of the sub-frame where is easy to occur stress concentration, providing a basis for the improvement of the truck. In the field of vehicle design, Finite element method could do well in optimization design of vehicle structure and engine parts.
