齿轮-轴系耦合系统动力学特性有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用三维实体单元有限元法,建立了某齿轮-轴系耦合系统动力学有限元模型,计算了考虑齿轮啮合接触的齿轮系统的固有频率和模态,分析了内部激励作用下耦合系统的非线性动力响应,研究了耦合系统的位移、速度和加速度响应。结果表明,耦合系统的第1阶固有频率远高于齿轮传动系统的工作频率,耦合系统中出现了多阶派生耦合振型。功率频谱呈连续分布,转子系统呈现典型的非线性振动特征。系统位移的最大值出现在1阶固有频率附近,而速度和加速度的最大值出现在高阶固有频率附近。 The nonlinear dynamic model of a gear-shafting coupling system is established by using three-dimensional finite element method. The modes and frequencies of the gear-shaft system were calculated with considering the contact effect. The nonlinear dynamic response of the coupling system under internal excitations is analyzed. Displacement, velocity and acceleration responses of the coupling system of the coupling system are studied. The results show that the working frequency of the system is bigger than the internal excitation frequency. There are many derive modes and frequencies in the coupling system. The maximal displacement appears near the first frequency. But the maximal velocity and acceleration appears near the high frequency. The power spectrum is continuous, it explains the gear-shaft system has nonlinear characteristics.
