摘要 多功能锚杆钻机主要用于岩土锚固工程,其摆动机构实现钻机的多方位、多角度的施工。在对多功能锚杆钻机摆动机构设计的基础上,建立其三维模型,运用COSMOS/Works软件,主要进行摆动机构在侧向最高点和最低点施工情况下的有限元分析,为摆动机构的优化设计及生产制造提供了参考。 The multi-functional roofboher is mainly used for geotechnical anchor engineering. Its swing mechanism carries out multi-directional and multi-angle rig construction. On the basis of the swing mechanism design of multi-functional roofbolter, establishing its three-dimensional model and applying COSMOS / Works software to analyze the swing mechanism at the highest point and lowest point of the lateral. It provides reference for the swing mechanism optimal design and manufacturing.
