摘要
针对传统尾座钻孔时效率低下和钻长深孔时钻孔深度受到限制的实际问题,对传统尾座作了一次创新性改进,设计了数字化钻孔装置。本装置可以和数控车床共享数控系统。还设计了与本装置配套的专用控制系统,配上专用控制系统,本装置还可用于普通车床,使普通车床的孔加工实现自动化。
It is inefficiency to use traditional tailstock to drill a hole and the depth of longhole is restricted, given the shortage of traditional tailstoek, improve traditional tailstoek and develop a digital drilling device. This device can share CNC system with CNC lather. In addition, design a specified control system for this device to make this device is applicable to lather.
