摘要
探讨了典型的钛合金TC9的切削加工中对刀具材料和刀具角度的要求。加工TC9材料的工件,一般使用钨钴类的硬质合金刀具,前角一般取小,后角取大,刃倾角取负值。另外,要求加工环境十分洁净。
The requirements of the cutter angles and materials in cuting typical hard machining materials TC9 are described. Cemented carbide YG tools are usually used in cutting parts formed by TC9, small rake angle,big back angle and negative edge clearance angle are chosed. Besides,clean surroundings are very necessary.
