摘要
针对煤泥干燥中被控对象"温度"的特点,采用BP神经网络PID进行控制。为了在西门子PLC上实现此智能控制,采用结构化控制语言SCL来编写BP神经网络学习算法,减小了编程难度,改善了控制效果,降低了成本,表明SCL语言是编写复杂工业控制算法的一种有效途径。
About the characteristics of temperature control for drying silt coal, PID controller based on the BP neural network was adopted. In order to achieve this intelligent control on the Siemens PLC, the structured control language SCL was used to write BP neural network learning algorithm. This Reduced the difficulty of programming, improved the control effect and lowed cost. It showed that the application of SCL language would be more effective to program the complex industrial control algorithms.
