摘要
通过应用三维设计软件Pro/ENGINEER进行三维建模,在虚拟装配环境下检查部件间状况。再通过mechanic模块对支架的强度进行分析,优化仿真模型,整个设计过程均为可视化操作,设计直观,减少了样机试验环节,大大提高了支架设计效率,同时节约设计成本。
By using Pro / ENGINEER (3D design software)to build 3D modeling, the parts rater-states can be checked in virtual assembly environment. Mechanic module is applied to analyze strength of hydraulic support and optimizing the simulation models. The entire design process operations are visual and intuitive. The link of prototype testing can be reduced. The efficiency of hydraulic support design is improved greatly and the design cost is saved.
