摘要
在数控机床的操作过程中,超程是个比较常见的故障。为防止因超程而引起数控机床的部件间的硬性碰撞,绝大多数的数控机床都设置了硬件保护和软件保护。因此,超程一般又分为硬件超程和软件超程2种。以FANUC-0i系统为例,介绍了数控机床超程故障的诊断与解除。
In CNC machine operation,over travel is a relatively common failure. To prevent hard collisions caused by over travel between the CNC parts, the vast majority of CNC machine tools are set the hardware and the software protection. Therefore, over travel is generally divided into hardware over travel and software over travel. FANUC-0i system as an example,the diagnosis and discharge of CNC machine over travel are introduced.
