早期自然流产患者血清VEGF水平变化及意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察早期自然流产患者血清VEGF表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法选取早期自然流产患者44例(观察组)和同期健康早期妊娠妇女50例(对照组)。用酶联免疫聚合反应(ELISA)法检测两组患者血清VEGF。结果观察组患者血清VEGF为(136.23±31.21)pg/ml,对照组为(156.70±33.12)pg/ml,两组相比P<0.05。结论早期自然流产患者VEGF水平降低。这可能是早期自然流产发生的重要原因。
