摘要
从假体雕刻的角度来审视隆鼻术不良效果的原因。将隆鼻术后因各种原因而取出的１６５个假体按类分析。揭示了假体雕刻中存在的问题和应注意的事项。假体的制作是隆鼻术的重要基础，术者要注意积累这方面的经验。
In order to study the causes of some unsatifactory rhinoplasty, we analysd 165 pieces of removed implants after the failed rhinoplasty. The results of this study revealed some severe problems in the shaping of nose implant. According to the study, the authors suggest some basic principles on shaping the nose implants.
