The Application of Time-SLIP in the Detection of Renal Artery

摘要 目的探讨实时-空间标记反转脉冲(Time-SLIP)技术在肾动脉检测中的应用价值。资料与方法随机选择45例腹部检查患者,分别行冠状位Time-SLIP肾动脉扫描,之后,将原始数据进行最大密度投影(MIP),由两名资深的MRI医师对图像进行评价和分析。结果 Time-SLIP技术能够获得肾动脉三维图像,图像分辨率较高,肾动脉显示94支,其中主肾动脉90支,副肾动脉4支,肾动脉显像分1~4级。图像质量达3级以上88支(93.6%)。结论 Time-SLIP技术可清晰显示肾动脉,可作为肾动脉病变的初筛诊断,是临床肾动脉检查的较好方法之一。 Objective To evaluate the value of Time-Spatial Labeling Inversion Pulse(Time-SLIP) in the detection of renal artery.Materials and Methods Forth-five patients underwent abdominal MRI scan were randomly selected in the study.Coronal Time-SLIP renal artery scan were performed.The original data and the postprocessing images(maximum intensity projection) were evaluated and analyed by two senior doctors.Results Three-dimensional images with high resolution of renal artery were obtained using Time SLIP technique.94 renal arteries,including 90 main renal arteries,4 accessory renal arteries were displayed using Time SLIP technique.Image quality was divided into 1-4 grades.88 renal arteries(93.6%) had high image quality above grade 3.Conclusion The renal artery can be clearly showed using Time SLIP technique.This technique can be used as a screening method for renal artery disease.
