Anatomical problems concerned with liposuction

探讨与脂肪抽吸术相关的解剖学问题，以期减少抽脂时对机体的损伤，减少抽脂术并发症的发生，取得更好的手术效果。相关文献复习及有关部位的解剖学观察：①就脂肪抽吸的层次而言，应主要去除深层脂肪，即某些部位的板层和／或晕层的深面，注意保留一定厚度的真皮下脂肪。②抽脂部位可分为相对安全区和相对危险区。

Purpose: to explore the anatomical problems concerned with liposuction, expecting to reduce the injury when liposuction is performed on the body and to reduce the complications of liposuction for a better post-operational results. Method: reviewing relevant literatures and observing certain anatomical regions. Result and conclusion: ①With regard to the layer of liposuction, the major aim is to remove fat of the deep layer, paying attention to retain subdermal fat by proper thickness. ②Each of common regions of liposuction can be devided into two sections: relatively safe area and relatively dangerous area. ③The practical anatomy of common regions of liposuction is briefly discribed.
