茄子抗病导入系的抗青枯病性及GISH鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 利用栽培茄与野生茄(Solanumtorvum)的种间杂种为供体,以两个栽培茄的自交系为轮回亲本进行多代回交,得到2个导入系"BILR-1","BILR-2"。经过抗青枯病及GISH鉴定,表明所得两个导入系对青枯病有很强的抗性,且它们含有野生茄(Solanumtorvum)的遗传物质,成功把野生茄(Solanumtorvum)的抗青枯病性状转到栽培茄子中。所得抗病导入系的染色体数量为24条,它们可以作为一种新的抗源未来在茄子抗病育种中加以应用。 A inter-specific hybridization between Solanum melongena and Solanum torvum was obtained in 2003 (Cao et al,2009 ), and a Fl was backcrossed with two eggplant inbred lines ('E-35 ', 'E-97')serving as recurrent parent,two introgression lines were obtained, named as 'BILr-1 ',' BILr-2'.They showed high bacterial wilt resistance by inoculated to race 1 of bacterial wilt and in the field and had the the chromosomes of Solanum torvum by GISH analysis.Their NO.of chromosome were about 2n=24.So two introgress lines can be used as a new resource with resistance to bacterial wilt for eggplant breeding in the future.
