摘要
该文利用图书馆焦虑量表分析了天津4所大学千余名本科生图书馆焦虑状况,针对调查结果,研究者从改善图书馆环境、开展读者教育、加强图书馆员培训和合理安排岗位等方面提出了应对策略。
On the basis of reviewing the resources of research on library anxiety,this paper surveys the library anxiety of more than one thousand undergraduates in Tianjin. The paper suggests some countermeasures to improve the library environment,develop the reader education,enhance librarian training,and arrange the fit position for the librarian for the purpose of relieving the college students＇ library anxiety.
