Tianjin Library has a long history of development and transition for more than 100 years. In 1980s,a series of reading activities,conducted by Tianjin Library,had resulted in a surge of interest in reading among the patrons. Now in the 21st century,lectures of culture catch the clients＇ eyes. From the process it can be concluded that Tianjin Library always grasps the pulse of the times and makes effort to explore the patterns of serving the readers.
