摘要
为了解我国西北地区食用植物油产品质量状况,有效监管食用植物油行业提供科学依据,2008年~2009年对西北5个省的食用植物油产品质量状况进行国家监督抽查,按照《食用植物油产品质量监督抽查实施规范》要求进行检验并评价分析。连续两年的国家监督抽检产品质量基本无差异,2008年和2009年产品的合格率分别为94.0%和93.8%,不合格项目主要为酸值和过氧化值。西北地区食用植物油产品质量基本稳定,但应该加强行业日常的卫生监督管理。
In order to know the quality of edible vegetable oil in northwest china and to supervise effectively,national random inspections of the quality of edible vegetable oils were executed in 2008 and 2009 in 5 northwest provinces.Inspection and evaluation were carried out according to the national criterion.The rate of qualifier was 94.0% and 93.8% in 2008 and 2009.The unqualified items mainly were acid value and peroxide value.The product quality of edible oils remained stable.It was proposed to strengthen supervision on hygiene of daily-work for edible oils.
