摘要
目的:研究在教育专业毕业生中开展预防艾滋病的健康教育的可行性及有效性。方法:集体讲座、分班看录像、自学及个别答疑。结果:教育后学生艾滋病知识水平和得分明显提高,知识题正确回答率由教育前的52.3%-79.5%上升到69.6%-100.0%,得分由教育前的14.9分提高到17.1分,两者相比差异有显著性。教育后对AIDS及相关问题的正向态度率也有所提高,正向态度得分由教育前的21.7分提高到25.0分,两者相比差异有显著性。学生认为周围同学发生性行为的前四位原因为对力吸引、在酒精或药物价用下、心理满足、为保持关系。文字教育、讲座和展览会是学生最希望获得AIDS知识的方式。结论:在即将走上教师岗位的教育专业毕业生中进行艾滋病的上岗培训不但必要,而且可行,效果较好。通过教育.学生不仅自己受益,而且可为今后在教育岗位上对学生开展健康教育活动打下了一定的理论基础。
Methods:Giving lechires,showing video tapes,arranging self-studying and answering questions.Results:After training the graductes levels and scores of knowledge about AIDS increase significantly,the correct rates of graduates answered some questions move up from 52.3% ~ 79. 5% to 69. 6% ~ 100.0% and scores from 14. 9 to 17. 1, the differences existed significance(P < 0.01).The rates of correct attitudes about AIDS are also increase after training,the scores of correct attitudes move from 21 .7 to 25.0,the differences existed significance (P<0.01). Craduates thought the possible reasons of having sex were allure from another one,effect of alcohol or drugs,psychological satisfaction and keeping relation between two persons.The ways of education they like best are literal education,lecture and exhibition.Conclusion:It is not only necessary but also feasible and effective to develop health education on HIV/AIDS prevention among graduates.The graduates can not only get a lot of benefit from this study but also lay the foundation of teaching students aftertime.
