摘要
表面等离子体共振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR)传感技术是一项新兴的生物化学检测技术,具有无须标记、高速、高灵敏度等特点。目前在化学和生物检测研究中应用日益广泛。本文综述了SPR技术的基本原理及近年来在食品安全领域研究中取得的进展,并展望了SPR技术的发展方向及应用前景。
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor developed rapidly in the recent years by merit of its obviation of sample labeling, rapidness and high sensitivity. The principle and development of SPR technique in analysis of environment pollution substance and food safety analysis was reviewed and tread of SPR in the above area was also prospected.
