农科院校新生与在校生心理健康状况对比研究

Comparison of Mental Health Status between Fresh Students and Old Students in an Agricultural College

目的：了解农科院学生心理健康状况。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL－90）对农科院校新生和校生心理健康状况进行对比研究。结果：心理问题发生率：新生14.09％，在校生28.73％；新生常见的心理问题为强迫、人际敏感、敌对和精神病性．而在校生为人际敏感、抑郁、强迫和敌对。各因子分新生均低于在校生（P＜0.01），新生人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子分均低于全国常模（P＜0.01或P＜0.05），在校生各因子分均高于全国常模（P＜0.01）。结论：应针对性开展心理卫生教育及心理治疗。

Objective:To study the mental health status of agriculhiral college students.Method:The psychological health conditions of fresh and old students were studied using the Symptom Checklist 90 at an agricultural college. Results:There were inany problems in fresh students(14. 09%) and old students(28.73% ).The common psychological problems in the fresh students were obsessive -compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,Psychoticism and those in the old students were interpersonal sensitivity, depresion,obsessive-compulsive,hostihty. Scores for the fresh students in all the factors were lower than those for the old students (P<0.01). Scores in interpersonal sensitivity, depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid ideation for the fresh students were lower than those for the national normal youth group(P<0.01 or< 0.05). Every factor scores for the old students were higher than those for the national normal youth group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The mental health education and psychological treatment should be developed effectively.
